Before you begin to shop online it would be useful to have the following information available:-

1. The full delivery address of your parcel including a contact telephone number within the country of destination. For example: hotel reception number, apartment or villa local management number, etc.
2. A mobile contact number which will be in use during the holiday
3. The date and time of arrival in your destination country
4. The surname the holiday accommodation is booked under
5. Your credit card and billing address details and any voucher or discount codes you may have
   
   

Destination

The first step is to establish if we deliver to your holiday destination country. To do this go to the destinations page (click "START SHOPPING NOW") and select your destination country from the drop down menu.

Arrival date

On this page, also enter your date and time of arrival at your holiday destination then click "CONTINUE".

If your destination country is not listed, please call customer services on +44 (0)1257 42 42 41.

We can deliver to most countries of the world, but in most cases we need at least 14 days' notice, prior to your arrival date.

If your departure date is less than 14 days away please contact us on +44 (0)1257 42 42 41 to discuss your requirements.

Shopping Online - how to select your products

Once your destination and arrival date has been entered, simply click on the "SELECT PRODUCTS" button or go to any of the departments listed on the left hand tool bar.

Within each department you will be presented with a list of associated products. When you see a product you would like to buy, simply click on the "add to basket" button. You may also change the quantity from 1 at this stage if you wish. Alternatively, clicking the "add to basket" button again on the same product will increase the quantity in your basket.

You will be presented with a summary of your basket on the right hand side of the page.

At any time whilst you are shopping you can also click on "EDIT/VIEW BASKET" to see and edit all the items you have placed in your basket.

In "EDIT/VIEW BASKET" you can increase or decrease the quantities of individual products by altering the quantity box for each item, then clicking "CHANGE QUANTITIES". The quantity of all or any number of products can be changed in one go.

You can also delete products by selecting them in the check box and then clicking "DELETE CHECKED ITEMS". All or any number of products can be deleted in one go.

Once you have selected the products you would like to buy you can click on the "CHECKOUT" button. This provides you with a summary of your order including the shipping costs. You will now be asked to enter the following information:

Holiday details

Please ensure you supply a full delivery address for your holiday accommodation including a contact telephone number for the accommodation if possible. Correct postal address is deemed correct by our carrier; Tinytotsaway can accept no responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect delivery information.
Also please ensure you complete the Name holiday is booked under section.

Personal details

These are your personal details including an e-mail address where we can contact you. They should be the details of the person responsible for the purchase and not necessarily the person going on holiday.

Additional information

If you have a discount code enter it in the Discount Code box to receive your discount.

If you wish to redeem a Tinytotsaway gift voucher, enter the gift voucher code in the Gift Voucher Code box. The amount of the gift voucher will automatically be deducted from your order total.

If you have a been given a special code for telephone pre-payment, enter it in the Pre-Payment Code box.

If you have a been given a code for short departure, enter it in the Short Departure Code box.

The Tinytotsaway Agent Code box is for use by Tinytotsaway agents only.

When all the required information has been entered click on the "CONFIRM ORDER" button. Please review the summary information to ensure it is accurate, use the "ALTER DETAILS" button to return to a previous screen and make any changes required.

When you are happy that the order information is correct and you have read and accepted our delivery and general terms and conditions by checking the relevant box, click the "PAYMENT" button.

Payment

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards. The name and address submitted must match the information associated with the card account. All payments are subject to approval by issuing bank.

We use the Protx secure server to process your payment. You will see an unbroken lock icon upon entering your information into the Protx secure online payment form.
