Before you begin to shop on line it would be useful to have the following information available:-
- The full delivery address of your parcel including a contact telephone number within the country of destination. For example: hotel reception number, apartment or villa local management number, etc.
- A mobile contact number which will be in use during the holiday
- The date and time of arrival in your destination country
- The surname the holiday accommodation is booked under
- Your credit card and billing address details and any voucher or discount codes you may have
Step One
Destination
The first step is to establish if we deliver to your chosen destination country, select destination country from the drop down menu, and select this country.
The next step is to enter your date and time of arrival at your holiday destination.
If your destination country is not listed, please call customer services on +44 (0)1257 42 42 41.
We can deliver to most countries of the world, but in most cases would need at least 14 days notice, prior to your arrival date.
If your departure date is less than 14 days away please contact us on
+44 (0)1257 42 42 41 to discuss your requirements.
Step Two
Shop Online
Once your destination and arrival date has been entered, simply click on the "Go To Step Two" or the Products link on the left hand tool bar.
Within each group you will be presented with a list of associated products. When you see a product you would like to buy, click on checkbox to the left of the product. You may also change the quantity from 1 at this stage if you wish. Quantities may also be changed later.
Once you have checked the items you require then add them all to your basket by clicking the "ADD" button in the top or bottom purple bar. You will then be presented with a summary of the items added to your basket. [Please note, duplicate items will not be added]. At any time whilst you are shopping you can click on "View Basket" to see all the items you have placed in your cart. In "View Basket" you can increase or decrease the quantities of individual products by altering the quantity box for each item, then clicking "CHANGE QUANTITIES" You can also delete products by selecting them in the check box and then clicking "DELETE SELECTED ITEMS". For both options, any number or all products can be changed or deleted in one go.
Step Three
Once you have selected the products you would like to buy you can click on the "GO TO STEP THREE" button or "Go To Checkout" link. This provides you with a summary of your order including the shipping costs. You will now be asked to enter the following information:
Holiday Details
Please ensure you supply a full delivery address for your holiday accommodation including a contact telephone number for the accommodation if possible. Correct postal address is deemed correct by our carrier; Tinytotsaway can accept no responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect delivery information.
Also please ensure you complete the Name holiday is booked under section.
Personal Details
These are your personal details including an e-mail address where we can contact you. They should be the details of the person responsible for the purchase and not necessarily the person going on holiday.
If you have a discount voucher enter the details in the discount code box to receive your discount.
If you have a tinytotsaway gift voucher and wish to redeem it, enter the gift voucher code in the gift voucher box, the amount of the gift voucher will automatically be deducted from your order total.
If you have a been given a special code for either short departure times or for telephone payment, enter it in the special code box.
When all the required information has been entered click on the continue button. Please review the summary information to ensure it is accurate, use the back button to return to a previous screen and make any changes required.
Step Four
Payment
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards. The name and address submitted must match the information associated with the card account. All payments are subject to approval by issuing bank.
Your order is protected by secure server, you will see an unbroken lock icon at the bottom of the screen upon entering the information into the secure on line order form.
