For USA, Mexico and Brazil
Unfortunately after careful consideration the USA, Mexico and Brazil are destinations we are not able to deliver to. Our unaccompanied parcels would be considered high risk, as they are likely to contain baby milk and baby food and could be delayed by up to three separate federal agencies before delivery which would likely result in delays. As delivery of our packages is of paramount importance we can not take the chance of being unable to fulfil our high service expectations. Canary Islands
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Canary Islands. This is because the Canaries are not part of the European Union for custom regulations,they belong to a group called Special Territories and have strict rules on the importation of food and milk. We can not guarantee that our parcels would not be delayed whilst awaiting custom clearance. If this situation changes we will add them to our destination list.
