On the home page of the web site, under the destination section, a drop down menu lists all the countries that we deliver to. If your destination country is not listed either call our helpline on 01257 424241 or contact us via the contact page. We will check if there are no restrictions to us delivering and will add the country to the list.

What are your service charges?

If you click on your chosen destination country on the home page of the web site, scroll down and click on charges, then the service charges will be displayed. Service charges are calculated according to destination country and weight of products ordered. All our charges include personally shopping for your products, packaging them securely and delivering to your requested destination. All charges include Customs charges and VAT when applicable. There are no hidden charges.

We are going on holiday in less than 14 days. Can you deliver?

Please contact us via 01257 424241 or via the contact form on the web site stating your destination country, date and time of arrival and postal area code or nearest town. In order to process your order in time you will need a short departure code from us which we will issue when we are sure we can fulfil your request. This code needs to be entered into the short departure code box at checkout.

Can I order a product not on your site?

We will try to fulfil specific requests, please contact us via the contact form on the web site or ring 01257 424241 to discuss.

Can you deliver to a boat?

Yes we are able to deliver to a boat. We need to have the mooring number and the name of the boat also the address of the Port Authority office and a telephone number for yourselves which will be in use during your holiday.

Will you deliver to a private villa?

Yes we can deliver to a private villa.

It is important to have the correct delivery address for your holiday accommodation including a mobile number which will be in use during your holiday and a telephone number for the accommodation if possible. A signature is required for delivery; please note that deliveries can take place up to 8:00pm to allow for local customs and practices and in most areas there are no deliveries at the weekend.

If your arrival day is a Saturday or Sunday, we will deliver on Monday.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Order all the products you require, go to checkout and enter the discount code into the discount code box. The discount will automatically be deducted.

When I try to put products in my basket there are red crosses and I am unable to order products, what is the problem?

This is usually because you have failed to enter the destination country into the destination box. It may also occur if you have started an order and then left it for a period of more than 24 hours. You will need to start your order again.

How can I track my parcel?

When your order has been processed by us and forwarded to our couriers for collection you will receive an e-mail confirming your parcel tracking number and a link directly to the web site where your parcel can be tracked on line. We monitor parcels continuously and are able to respond to any problems as they arise.

How do I know my parcel will arrive?

We know this is a worry for most parents, but let us reassure you. Your parcels,personally addressed to you, are with our courier UPS at all times from leaving our depot, until arrival at your holiday destination and the parcels are tracked on-line 24 hours a day. We have an excellent record with our delivery times and have many repeat customers happy with our service. Realistically, there is more chance of your suitcase going missing or arriving late than our parcels failing to arrive.

The USA does not appear in your list of destinations, do you deliver there?

Unfortunately after careful consideration the USA is not a destination we can deliver to. Our unaccompanied parcels would be considered high risk, as they are likely to contain Baby Milk and Baby Food and could be delayed by up to three separate federal agencies before delivery which would likely result in delays. As delivery of our packages is of paramount importance we can not take the chance of being unable to fulfil our high service expectations.

How soon do I need to place my order?

Ideally you would place your order approximately 1 month in advance of your arrival date in resort but not less than 14 days before arrival in resort.

If your departure is less than 14 days we would need to issue a short departure code after checking we could deliver in time.

Do you hire out baby equipment such as travel cots, car seats, highchairs etc?
